What does a person do that makes them be considered a pervert?

That depends on the person that is calling the other person a pervert. Perversion can be any deviation from the accepted norm. The accepted norm of coarse changes from society to society and also over time. Well...the changes occur because people are becoming more and more disconnected and perverted...as time goes on. A pervert is a person that thinks of themselves as being white and is not white, and then calls those that are white...an albino (something that does not permit understanding of). When a child molester crosses the line to be with a child, they make the child something that they are not, and engage the child in something that they do not understand. Perverts that think that they are white and are not white, also put themselves where they don't belong (at white), and then make those that are white...something that they are not (albinos), and engage their victims in something that they don't understand. There are 200 million perverts in what is called the USA. And perversion involving identity, is far more serious than perversion involving sexuality...because millions have lost their lives as a result of people thinking that albino is valid. Those that are white...have the condition "whiteism".
