Touching the opposite or same gender in a sexual way is also an act of pervertism if you are not in a relationship with that person.
It is also considered pervertism sometimes when making sexual comments towards the opposite or same sex.
Committing such acts can also lead to criminal prosecution if it is serious enough or happens frequently or if the other person feels victimised and reports the pervert to authorities.

When a child molester crosses the line to be with a child, they make the child something that they are not, and engage the child in something that they do not understand. Perverts that think that they are white and are not white, also put themselves where they don't belong (at white), and then make those that are white...something that they are not (albinos), and engage their victims in something that they don't understand. There are 200 million perverts in what is called the USA. And perversion involving identity, is far more serious than perversion involving sexuality...because millions have lost their lives as a result of people thinking that albino is valid. Those that are white...have the condition "whiteism".
