You have probably caught that show on the boob tube also. The 'al' means 'by'. I discovered that 'Dazo' is a last name in the Philippines and Portugal. So I concluded that Moha Dazo is the hostess' name. So it might mean "by Moha Dazo".
Sorry, that's not correct. In Spanish, almohada (one word) is a pillow or cushion. Almohadazo (one word) is a blow by a pillow or cushion, such as you would experience in a pillow fight or from having someone toss a cushion at you from across the room. The host of the Spanish language TV show Almohadazo is Fernanda Tapia. The show originates in Mexico City and has aired since February 2009. During the show Fernanda throws pillows and cushions at people off screen.
Sounds to me like it is another way of saying "Pillow Fight" or maybe even "Slumber Party" (which is where you would expect to find a pillow fight.
All I know is that a lot of it is blurred out on my station in the US and it's probably even dumber when you speak the language.....
al means 'all'
If it is CT et al, it means CT and others. This is a Latin abbreviation.
