GOUKEN Akuma (Gouki) is the brother of Ryu and Ken's late master: Gouken. Gouken and Akuma's master was called Goutetsu and tried to stop Gouki form using the dark hadou by battling him, Gouki killed Goutestsu using the Satsui no hado (dark hado), out of anger Gouken fought Gouki who later changed his name to Akuma to show his disconnection from his ''weak'' brother. Akuma again used the satsui no hado and murdered his brother Gouken.

Well i'd say there is a good chance, after watching the anime street fighter alpha generations. It is inferred once in the alpha movie and more again in alpha generations, but is not necessarily canon. All we know for certain is that Gouki killed Goutetsu, master of Gouki and Gouken, and Gouken, master of Ken and Ryu (but not really, since Gouken makes an appearance in SF4). And no, Gouki didn't change his name to Akuma because of any similarities with the name Gouken, it was changed when the game was brought to America because "Gouki" didn't sound demonic enough.
According to Street fighter alpha generations Satsui no hado is a power that was awakened by particular warriors with exceptional fighting skill and it was used for assasinations....people like ryu and gouki(akuma) have inherited this power....eventually Satsui no hado was forbidden as it was considered too powerful and evil, because of this unlike akuma, ryu refuses to give in. Those who use the Satsui No hado have unrivaled strength and skill at the cost of losing their basic humanity and appereance.

Shun Go Satsu - Otherwise known as Raging Demon, is a final finishing move used by Akuma, in the street fighter series. The technique involves transporting both yourself and your opponents souls into hell, where raging demons will feast on regrets and doubts, inevitably killing you. The only way to survive the attack, is to cleanse your soul of all regret before the demons get you. This was demonstrated in the street fighter anime movie, where Akuma, (then known as Gouki) used the technique on his sensei.
There are four seasons of Yu Yu Hakusho and each one has its own villain. *SPOILER ALERT!* For season one it was: Hiei, Gouki, Kurama, and Toguro brothers (at the Yukina episodes). For season two they had a lot of enemies, but the villians were Toguro (Elder snd Younger), Karasu, and Bui. I don't think the others were villains because they become friends at the end. For season three it's: Sensui, Itsuki, Sniper(I forgot his name), Kamiya and Elder Toguro. And for the last season it's really only Yomi, with his plan to take over the Human Realm and everything.
