Dreaming exactly the same dream as someone else is extremely unlikely. It is very easy and tempting to assume that two vaguely similar dreams are identical. For example, two persons might dream of a black dog in a grassy place. But in one dream, the dog might be racing through a grassy field, while in the other dream the dog is sleeping on a grassy lawn or chasing a ball through a grassy park. On further inspection, one dog might be a poodle and the other a Great Dane. Although both dreams are about dogs in grassy places, the meaning of the dreams would be quite different.
It means that whatever you both dream you both should watch out for, or look forward too. (bad or good) But it needs to be taken seriously either way. Ex: my mom and sister dreamed of her getting into a car crash in a white car, now she doesn't ride in any white cars no matter what.
