Whosoever is an Old English word, used at the time of the writing of the King James Bible, that means the same as whoever.

Whoever means Who Ever or anybody or any person.

To use the word Whosoever in a sentence:

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 KJV

In today's English it would read:

"For God had such love for the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever has faith in him may not come to destruction but have eternal life." John 3:16 Basic English Bible
