What happened in the story of My Father Is a Polar Bear by Micheal?

Well basically the dad is a soldier and goes away to fight in Baghdad and when he gets back the mum had found a new love called Douglas. So the dad, peter, moves to Canada. The mum has 2 sons Andrew and Terry and they grow up not knowing who their father was but after going to a theatre with their auntie they point out their dad as the best one the snarliest one the growliset one the scariest one. Terry, the older brother, runs back stage to see his father and the aunt and Andrew get worried. Terry returns long after explaining that he went to the toilet. As soon as the aunt and her two nephews got home Terry showed Andrew the theatre programme he got his dad to sign and Andrew became jealous. Sooner, well tell a lie, when the boys were teenagers they still did not know anything, hardly anything, about their father. So Andrew to a visit to his father. Un expecting the visit from his long-time seen son the father, Peter, was delighted to see him! Andrew and Terry soon grew up and had kids of their own and that's where the story ends.
