"Touchous" is not an English word. There is a Yiddish word toches, which has entered informal, baby-talk English through its Galician form tukhes, normally pronounced took-us, but often softened to tush, and meaning "buttocks."

He was so funny I almost laughed my tush off.

The man, after drinking, frequently became more touchous.
