It is simply a little joke or "play on words" involving the "call me" It doesn't have any meaning other than the person saying it wanting to get a smile out of the listener. "You can call me whatever you want, but don't call me late for dinner."
The idiom "a nut to crack" has the basic meaning of "a problem to solve." Some "nuts" are hard to "crack," while others are easy, but this can only be determined by context.
its not at all hard u it depends on what it is for if it is for an assignment in a class in any level of school you can say please excuse my late work on this date (there you would place the date) and then explain why you assignment is late. however if it is for a job then you screwed just say it wont happen again and give it to that person first hand. hoped that helps have a good day :)
"Won't"
Implied strong language means: Strong language (e.g f*ck that is only implied (meaning not said but meant.) For example, motherf.... would be implied strong language while motherf*ck wont.
