If you are referring to the Fall of Mankind, then yes, capitalize it. However, the fall of Adam or fall of Eve is not capitalized. My best thought on this is that the Fall of Mankind references a major theological event whereas the individual sins of any person (including Adam and/or Eve) represent only the fall of that individual. In the case of Adam and Eve it's a little weird since their falls are also the Fall, but the Fall of Mankind is essentially both of those together, not the individual acts.

If the flower blooms in the Spring, the bulbs should be separated in the Fall. However, this does not need to be done every year. It is recommended that bulbs are dug up and separated every 3 or 4 years. If the bulbs are growing short or unevenly, it is time to dig up the bulbs and separate them.

Aerial bulbs, also known as bulblets or aerial tubers, are small bulb-like structures that develop on the stems of certain plants, particularly in some species of lilies and onions. They grow above ground and can produce new plants when they fall to the soil and take root. Aerial bulbs serve as a means of vegetative reproduction, allowing plants to spread and thrive in their environment. This adaptation is particularly useful in conditions where traditional bulb growth may be hindered.
If you are cutting the leaves of your onion plants, it can stunt their growth and reduce their ability to produce energy through photosynthesis. This can ultimately lead to smaller bulbs at harvest time. It's best to allow the leaves to fully mature and die back naturally before harvesting the bulbs.
