Made by W.& S. Blackinton Co. from Meriden, Connecticut, I believe. Markings include a horse (or unicorn's) head facing right, the initials "W & SB", the lion facing left. Probably also marked as EPC or EPN (electro-plated copper or nickel). If Electro plated, then not very valuable.

Yes, there is an elephant. But, it is not the main creature. The emblem mainly consists of three Lion heads.
