Lilac needs you to go find her husband, Gandalf, and Shadowfax. (To find them, look in the southernmost forest of Flower Isle to the east of the little blue flower located in the middle of the forest, and in the northernmost coastline on the sand mid-way from the double palm tree and the single palm tree further south) Once you have spoken to Gandalf, and then spoken to Shadowfax, return to Lilac for your reward.
