they have lots of flavor and healthiness in them so they attract horses
It depends on the horse and what the horses diet is. Some horses like carrots more than apples and some horses like apples more than carrots. Never feed your horse too much treats, like carrots and apples, because too much treats will make your horse too fat and they cannot burp or puke so they will die in the next 12 hours or so.
Things in a horse treat may contain carrots, apples, or other things that horses may like. They like it because their favorite food type is in the treat.
Well, its not so much that flies like the horses, its mostly the manure the horses leave.
Im not sure but I think they like horses so much because it probably seemed to them that horses were alike to there culture!
Apples, pears, bananas, carrots, watermelon, pitted dates, and most all other fruits. Hay cubes, oats, bran (etc), and alfafa cubes (made for horses). Sugar(s) and Molasses are favorites of the horses themselves, but give these to them in MODERATION. They can do a number on their teeth and should be fed lightly!
It is what they eat in the wild and apparently it has a minty taste in it and horses like the taste of mint.
she better like carrots! louis said and i quote "I like girls who eat carrots" so if she doesnt like carrots and he finds, out this relationship but be over too soon :(
carrots have 10000000 grams of fat, so dont eat them or you will die. like legiterally.
they live in warm areas and its to warm for carrots to grow so probably not
Well, not like today so much. But yes, they had dogs, horses.
Horses love carrots. Just about all horses love carrots. They love them all the time. Save some sicko poisoning them, or feeding horses mouldy or rotten carrots, they are never bad for horses. They are very nutritious and if you feed a horse way too many carrots it will become fat. That's about the most danger they can have. I've never personally heard of a horse having a severe allergic reaction to carrots. I suppose it might be possible, but in this case it would affect the horse in question all the time, whether or not she was in gestation. Your pregnant mare will probably LOVE the extra attention if you spoil her rotten - carrots certainly won't hurt her.
Horses Require a diet of: * grain (ask your vet or someone knowledable about horses to see what is best for your horse) * hay (in the winter) * grass every season except for winter (hay can be fed during these seasons too * minerals (good for the horses, they require minerals so it is important to have it for them, dont force them to eat them, they eat them when they need to) * salt block (have a salt block in a place where the horse can lick if he desires too, same as the minerals, do not force him to eat it.) * electrolytes (not mandatory but a good thing to have) Treats: * Carrots (yum) * Apples (yum) * Molasses * oats
