The 1995 Cadillac serpentine belt routing diagram can be obtained from most Cadillac dealerships. Most service manuals will show the routing diagram.

If the interior lights do not come on it could be because the bulbs burned out. It can also be because the fuse blew out as well.
I have a 95 GC Laredo and the routing diagram for the serpentine belt is on the fan shroud. Perhaps yours is there as well?
I have a 95 GC Laredo and the serpentine belt routing diagram is "printed" on the top of the belt tensioner mechanism which is on the LEFT side of he engine compartment as you are facing the front of the vehicle.
In a 1995 BMW 525i, the factory amplifier is typically located in the trunk, specifically on the left side behind the side panel. To access it, you may need to remove the interior trim or carpeting. If you're experiencing audio issues, it's a good idea to check the connections at the amp as well.
If that model was available without a/c, you will need to purchase the belt for a 95 town car w/out ac, and follow the appropriate belt routing diagram for that model.
The alternator is usally on an adjustable slide mounted to the engine. If you adjust the alternator on that slide to take the tension off the belt you should be good to go to put the new belt on. The routing diagram for routing the serpentine belt should be on a placard mounted under the hood on the frame. It should also be in your user's/maintenance manual. Make sure to adjust the alternator properly on its slide mount so that there is sufficient tension in the belt.
To put a belt on a 1995 Oldsmobile Regency, first ensure the engine is off and cool. Locate the serpentine belt routing diagram, usually found on a sticker near the engine or in the owner's manual, to understand how the belt should be threaded around the pulleys. Release tension on the tensioner pulley using a wrench or ratchet, then slide the new belt into place, following the correct routing. Finally, release the tensioner to secure the belt and double-check the alignment before starting the engine.
i have the same car , and just did this......its located on the bottom of the expansion tank , if you put your hand under there you can feel a large plastic nut with wires going to it . there is not much room , but i found short channel locks work good
Note:The drivebelt routing decal on the radiator shroud to help during drivebelt install * To replace the belt rotate the tensioner pulley clockwise to release belt tension * Remove the belt from the auxiliary components and slowly release the tensioner * Route the new belt over the various pulleys again rotating the tensioner to allow the belt to be installed then release the belt tensioner
To bypass the AC compressor on a 1995 Oldsmobile 98 using a shorter belt, first, locate the belt routing diagram typically found on a sticker under the hood or in the owner's manual. Measure the distance between the crankshaft pulley and the alternator or idler pulley to determine the appropriate length for the new belt. Purchase a shorter serpentine belt that fits this routing without the AC compressor. Finally, remove the existing belt and install the new shorter belt, ensuring it is properly aligned on all pulleys.
