I'm sure you could, anything is possible. Its all about mechanical knowledge. But the biggest difference between a 3 series and an m3 isn't just the motor itself, an m3 has adjusted suspension and ride height, a more performance oriented transmission with minor motor upgrades and a stronger tuning setup in the computer to control all the power being produced under the hood
If you need to ask such a question you are not competent to carry out the task. Take it to a mechanic.
Disconnect the battery, remove the engine cover, remove the spark plug cables and boot covers, and remove the old spark plugs. Put in the new spark plugs, attach the boot covers, and cables, replace the engine cover, and connect the battery.

Since it is not a turbo charged engine no

Depends on how well you take care of it I have seen them go up to over 300000 miles. But to put an average to it on a normal(non-M car) BMW engine 200000. with no major engine issues.
The BMW 318i has a tank inside the engine that houses the power steering fluid. This tank is near the oil cap.
Engine oil with filter change takes 6.5 liters (6.9 US qt).
