On my recently acquired 1998 model, you tist the grey lever on the side of the seat, then pull the black lever at the rear of the seat, then there are teo red 'clips' which you push and hey presto the seats are out!

there r leavers on the side ov the seats 2 fold flat and if u want 2 take themn out slide rear seats back fold with leaver and then use lever under seat 2 remove.

On the 05 model it is in the boot. Take out the board covering the spare and then you should see the release mechanism in the centre under the rear seats. With instructions on it.
The 3rd row seats on 2008 model are optional. Starting with 2011 model the 3rd row seats come standard.
