To change a Citroen Berlingo bulb, disconnect the bulb from the wiring plug, and then remove the bulb holder from the headlamp light unit. While changing the bulb, make sure to squeeze the legs of the spring clip on the bulb holder together to ease its release. Afterwards, replace it with the new Citroen Berlingo bulb, and secure it with the spring clips without touching the glass. Lastly, put the bulb holder back into the light unit, and connect the wiring plug back into the bulb. After changing the bulb, always check to see if it s working.

If you mean the rear ones you have to remove the rear light clusters, easily done by 2 clips inside the back of car[bit awkward to clip out but with a scew driver ok] Then just un clip the bulb holders and change the bulbs. Just push back into place.
