To change the under-the-bonnet fuses on a Renault Megane, first, ensure the vehicle is turned off and the keys are removed. Locate the fuse box, typically found near the battery or on the side of the engine compartment. Remove the cover of the fuse box, identify the faulty fuse using the diagram provided on the lid or in the owner's manual, and carefully pull it out using fuse pullers or pliers. Replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage, then reattach the fuse box cover.
you pull the bonnet release in car then under bonnet there is black button thingy you pull out and lift bonnet. hope this helps
To open the bonnet of a Renault Megane Diamonique, locate the bonnet release lever inside the vehicle, usually found near the driver's side footwell or under the dashboard. Pull the lever to release the latch. Then, go to the front of the car, find the safety catch under the bonnet, and lift it to open. Make sure to secure the bonnet with the prop rod if applicable.
under the bonnet
There are two fuse boxes on the megane, one inside the glove box on the left hand side just pull the cover down. The other is located at the side of the battery under the bonnet, it is under a black cover the first cover comes off easily (two screws) but I am having difficulty getting the second cover off as I need to get at mine, this secind cover needs to come off to change the fuses, you can see them but not get at them. If anyone can tell me how to remove the second cover I will be grateful.
There are 2 fuse boxes in C3. One in the glove box and the other under the bonnet next to the battery. You will need to remove the battery cover to access the fuse under the bonnet. The fuses are numbered so you need to know which fuse you want to change as the fuse may have different ratings.

Fuses are on drivers side underneath on the left side. Should be marked FUSES on the bottom of your dash on the left side. Also under bonnet by washer bottle is a black box that houses A/C and headlight relays, and a few fuses as well. -glenn
