If it's not your truck to do this with, you have no business doing this, plain and simple. You want a fast truck? Go buy your own, pay for your own fuel, then see how fast you want to drive.

If you're in the US, and you drive a company truck, this will get you fired, and put a big black mark on your DAC report which will do a lot to prevent you from finding future employment (employers don't like their equipment being tampered with). Especially if your vehicle has a Qualcomm or Volvo D-Link system. It will rat you out if you drive faster than the speed you're supposed to be governed at. Even if you don't have to contend with that, what happens when you get a ticket for speeding at a rate of speed higher than what you're supposed to be able to run? Well, the company will see this, and they'll have their mechanic plug his computer into the ECM to see what the setting are. Once they find out where those settings are, you can kiss your career goodbye.

If you're in the US, and you own your own truck, you simply take it to the Volvo dealer (if you have a Cummins or Cat motor, any dealership or repair shop which can work on those motors will suffice), and have them reprogram the ECM settings. Pretty simple.
