Easy, just unplug the sensor transmitter that is located under the car mid way on the left hand side. The plug is awkward to unplug so I just cut the three wires and taped them up. After a few miles driving you will end up with a car symbol that has no wheels! Much cheaper than the Renault dealer's sixty quid for a 2 minute software plug in. It leaves the annoying amber light on the dashboard but a piece of black tape solves that problem.
Check your tyre pressure is correct then drive for about a few minutes after that the red stop light and sensor should go out.
ive got a p reg 1997 on sreel rims 165/65x14.
For a 2004 Renault Laguna, the recommended tire pressure typically ranges between 2.0 to 2.5 bar (about 29 to 36 psi), depending on the load and tire size. It's best to check the owner's manual or the tire pressure label located on the driver's door jamb for the exact specifications. Ensure to check tire pressure when the tires are cold for the most accurate reading.
it means you need to check the pressure on your types. when correct the lights will go out.
You can not disable the tire pressure monitor. You can not disable the tire pressure monitor.
disconnect the tyre pressure receiver located mid way under the car on the left hand side
if I'm not mistaken you yourself cant. you can look in the owners manual and it will tell you how to reset the sensor. to disable it, you probably have to take it to the dealership.
You can't If all pressures are correct and the light is on, you will need to take it to a shop that can test the sensors in the wheels.
what is the tyre pressure in a Renault cleo bebob
Chances are you have a sensor in one of the tires that is broken if you take it in they can attempt to program it. If that fails they can tell you what tire is not working and you can replace the sensor in it. They are not cheap 70-90$ and from what I understand the system is mandatory now so you can not even disable it.
Computer has to be re programmed at dealership.
new tyre pressure sensor reset megane Sometimes resets if you blow up the tyre about 5 lbs above then adjust to correct pressure.
