To enter the code for a Mercedes-Benz E320, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the radio controls to input the security code; usually, you need to press the corresponding buttons for each digit of the code. Once all digits are entered correctly, press the "OK" or "Enter" button to confirm. If entered correctly, the radio will unlock and resume normal function.
Enter the numbered code and press the "SC " button. If you need the code you can call a Mercedes dealer and give them your VIN number. If the radio is not original your out of luck. The dealer can only provide the code for original radios.

The radio will show the word code on the display with the c flashing...you use the preset numbers below the display to enter the code. The code has 5 digits and should be on the radio card supplied with the car. Should you not have the radio code, do not panic, dealers will provide that code free of charge and only need your vin to look it up. This is, of course, presuming the radio is factory original. After entering the code, press the tuner up or down button on the right side of the radio head as if to tune in a channel and your radio is now programmed!
