Transmission is in limp mode and most likely it is the input or output sensor or a wiring problem to one of them.

You need to have the faults in the transmission read.
The transmission is going into limp mode because one or both speed sensors are reporting a failure the computer will limp the transmission into one gear only. This is to protect the rest of the clutches and seals to prevent more damage internally. You need to check and replace the input and output speed sensor if necessary.

You have to repair the malfunction that is setting the code that has put the computer in limp mode.
the condition is called limp mode. It's chrysler's brilliant failsafe idea which allows you to get your car home or wherever when a problem is detected in the transmission. in my case, it was a sticking low / rev solenoid. get it checked with a scanner.

The transmission computer has detected a malfunction and set a code. You will need to have it checked for codes to know what to diagnose.
Limp home mode is just as it sounds. It goes to a preset load of values to allow the car to get you "limp" home or to the repair service. All engine and transmission performace is reduced. There is no such thing as a "turbo limp module".
The computer won't release it from limp in mode until the underlying problem is fixed and the trouble code cleared.
