Give it a big kick! Seriously, the tyres are stuck on solid but a bit of elbow grease is all that's needed to get them off. The hardest part is normally getting a jack to fit under the car in the first place.
Use tire iron to break lugs loose. Jack up by frame to clear tire, remove lugs, exchange tire, thread lugs hand tight, lower until tire just contacts ground to keep from spinning, torque to specs, drop car.
Break lugs loose, jack up corner of car in question (by frame) Remove lugs with lug wrench & pull tire. You may have plastic covers on the lugs... simply unscrew and hubcap comes off
Break lugs loose with tire iron, jack up that corner by frame/a arm, remove lugs, pull tire. When you reinstall just fully hand thread & lower to allow light tire contact with the ground then torque all the way then drop. This will permit wheel to move slightly inward & fully seat. Good luck.

You have to safely jack the vehicle, so the tire is off the ground. Or hit the tire with a large hammer once it is off the ground.
To change the tire on a 2000 Nissan Frontier, first remove the lug nuts on the affected tire. Then, jack that wheel off of the ground. Remove the tire itself and place it aside. Then, place the new tire on the lugs. Add the lug nuts and then lower the vehicle. You can then tighten the lug nuts.
1: Locate anti-theft lug extension. 2: Take off anti theft lug. 3: remove other lugs. 4: Remove wheel. 5: Place new wheel on. 6: Put lugs back into place.
First, securly chock the rear wheel, place the transmission in park. At this point, *break* the lugs on the wheel loose, but do not remove them. Find the jacking point of your specific van, raise the van off of the ground until the tire is completely airborne, then finish taking off the wheel lugs, and them pull the tire/wheel off.
Take out the jack, loosen the lugs, lift the jack under the frame of the car, change tire, hand tighten lugs, lower jack and finished tightening the lugs with socket wrench. Do not over tighten.
At 5 lugs per wheel x 4 wheels = a total of 20.
A 98 Blazer S10 has 5 lugs on each wheel.
