The speed sensor is located behind the front driverside wheel over the cv boot. The wire for it is supported on the strut.
A boot is a boot in UK and a trunk in US!
It is usually fairly simple to remove the boot strut on a BA Falcon. Simply remove the metal clips that are on either end of the strut. If the clips are rusted into place, however, you may need to clean them first.
The primary fuel filter will be in the boot, "Trunk". At the front right corner of the spare tire compartment.
try valet switch in 'glovebox' between front seats
boot is the trunk, the big hole with a lid on that keeps the back wheels apart.

lift & support car by frame take off tires undo top bolts in engine compartment(on strut towers) undo 2 bolts holding bottom of strut to spindle take out strut put strut in spring compressor & compress spring till loose on upper mount & lower seat undo top center nut drop out old strut & remove rubber bumper & strut boot Reverse to install. **if lower bolt holes are eccentic/slotted you will need to align when done**
