This question was answered a couple of weeks ago...
On the center console of the car, you'll find a big RED square button. You push it towards the rear to put the top down....reverse the action to put the top back up.
If the button doesn't light up, or activate the top's mechanism, you have some problems...you might be out of hydraulic fluid, in which case, you have to find the leak, or there is an electrical problem. You can check the fluid level which is located underneath the spare tire...and under a big black plastic cover.
You can also operate the top manually with the long wrench MB provided to you in your tool kit.

The reservoir is located at the bottom of the trunk, under the spare tire. There is a plastic covering under the spare tire that has to be removed in order to see the hydraulic pump.
