Very carefully lol. Before beginning any of these steps you first want to disconnect your battery so that you dont blow any fuses. on a serious note you need a 5 Star hex tool in order to remove the screws that are hidden under two small removable flaps on the left and right side of the console. Once you have the saws removed you should be able to slide the deck right out might need to put a little strength into it but not much. Once you have the head unit removed you want to disconnect the wires in the back of the unit.the antenna wire is usually the easiest wire to disconnect, but for the harness wire you have to lift a notch up in rider to remove it .
