I would not do that if I were you....
Remove the wiring harness or the fan motor belt, depending on the year of your Chevy Cavalier. Remove the fan motor retaining bolts. The fan motor will come off.
take the bolts out and pull the manifold off, if it won't come off you need to pry in one corner with a screwdriver to loosen it up and then it will pull off.

To get the wiper motor out you: 1. Lift the cover from the wiper are nut and take it off. 2. Pull the wiper arm off of the motor. 3. Remove the shaft seal, outer bushing nut and outer bushing. 4. Remove the trim panel from inside the hatchdoor. 5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the motor. 6. Remove the bolts and take the motor off.
remove your the rubber plug off wiper arm remove the 13mm nut give a wiggle the arm comes off. Remove the big nut and rubbers. open your hatch and remove door panel. remove all the 7mm bolts lift a little unlatch door leaver. unplug motor, remove 10mm bolts and remove motor. transfer bracket to new motor and reverse process piece of cake
remove hood supports so hood can open about 90 degrees. support with stick or like me, bungee it to garage door runners. remove wipers arms and link to wiper motor, all screws on cawling, weather strip lifts off. remove cawl cover(remove washer hose), lift lid off motor box (3 tabs on side). remove 3 screws holing motor in, unplug motor.
To remove the wiper motor on a Skoda Octavia, first, ensure the ignition is off and disconnect the battery. Then, remove the wiper arms by loosening the nuts at their bases and gently pulling them off. Next, access the wiper motor by removing the plastic cover from the bulkhead, then unbolt the motor from its mounting and disconnect the wiring harness. Finally, carefully pull the motor out from its housing.
take it off
Remove the two bolts at the top of the shroud, then remove shroud, fan, and motor as an assembly. Remove the One True Nut (reverse [LH] thread) that holds the fan blade to the motor. Remove the plastic-screws holding the motor to the shroud. Pull the blade off the motor. Use a hammer to disengage the motor from the shroud. Installation is reverse.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1999 Cadillac Escalade radiator fan motor. Remove the radiator fan motor retaining bolts. The radiator fan will come off.
pry it up off of the motor splines to take it off.
