Camshaft sensor is located at rear end of rear camshaft(near driver). It is screwed on the little bowl and has a connector attached to it. The little bowl contains the camshaft sensor gear , do not unscrew if not necessary , just replace sensor.

The cam shaft position sensor is located under the distributor cap. You can replace this easily by undoing the screws holding on the distributor cap, remove and replace the sensor, then just replace the distributor cap.
