Well usually there are screws from the interior, you just need to open them, but be careful there are clips on the inside of it. If there are no screws you should just have to use a screwdriver and try pulling it out from the sides.
Then when that's done you should have got to unplug all the wires from the inside remembering where each one goes, quiet simple. Then you may be able to open the old handle and fit in the new one, sometimes you will need to take out the whole window but if you're lucky you will not need to...
