Pull the carpeting behind the brake light. Unclip the assembly, replace bulb.

All cars in Missouri are required by law to have both a front and rear plate. The only exception are some rural farm vehicles that have a limit on the distance that they can be from home and they still have to have a front plate but not a back one due to the fact that the plates get torn up so much hooking large trailers to them. To replace the tail light on a 2005 Audi A6, first open the trunk and locate the access panel behind the tail light assembly. Remove the screws or bolts securing the tail light, then gently pull the assembly out. Disconnect the electrical connector and replace the bulb as needed before reinstalling the assembly and securing it with screws. Finally, test the new tail light to ensure it functions correctly.
Simply slide a flat-head screw driver in the slot and lift while pushing to away from the middle. The light will pop out. Take old bulb out and replace with a new one. Then put back in place
To change a side light bulb on an Audi TT, remove the light lens by unscrewing the screws holding it on. Then, remove the old bulb and insert a new one. Replace the cover and tighten the screws.
