To replace the rear wiper arm on an Audi A6 Quattro, begin by lifting the wiper arm away from the window. Locate the small retaining clip or nut at the base of the wiper arm; if it's a nut, use a socket wrench to remove it. Carefully pull the wiper arm straight off the spline, then position the new wiper arm over the spline and press it down firmly. Finally, secure it with the retaining clip or nut, and ensure the arm is properly aligned before lowering it back onto the window.
