First, make sure you have your codes for your radio. You will need them when the battery is replaced. Remove the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal last. Remove the holdown bolt (s). Remove battery and install new one of the same size and capacity as the old. Secure hold down bolt (s). Reconnect the Positive terminal first then the negative terminal last. Turn the ignition on and radio on and reset codes. Traction warning light may be on but will go out after driving a short distance
