In GENERAL: The instrument cluster is held in by a couple screws hidden behind plastic covers at various locations on the dash. One is located beside the headlight dash switch on the left, the other is in a similar location on the right. The whole unit comes out with a little patience and is attached with an detachable umbilical cord at the back. The little cluster lights are plugged into the back of the instrument cluster. Replace them all, because if one goes, that means the rest are right behind it. I highly recommend getting the Bentley repair manual for this one. It's very accurate for this repair. Be gentle prying off the plastic covers or the tabs will snap.
