Well you really can't on your car. All they keys are programmed in to what's called the dice unit, which is in turn spider webbed into the rest of the cars systems. The dice unit would need to be bypassed/flashed and after market parts to duplicate/repeated a key signal would be needed. And that would just be the electronics side. Have a licensed/bonded/insured saab specialist in your are re-key and program the dice . ~Warning~ 99% of people out side a deal who claim they can flash the ecm or reprogram the dice etc can not. To do it right where it won't trash that very temperamental saab. Its 1000s in tools and software you can't even find stateside, takes hours of trial and error ( unless you a dealer )and for every one I have done I have cooked/bricked at least two.

The fuel tank has to be removed to gain access to the fuel sending unit. The fuel sending unit and the fuel pump is replaced as a unit.
