Have a licensed/bonded/insured saab specialist in your are re-key and program the dice . ~Warning~ 99% of people out side a deal who claim they can flash the ecm or reprogram the dice etc can not. To do it right where it won't trash that very temperamental saab. Its 1000s in tools and software you can't even find stateside, takes hours of trial and error ( unless you a dealer )and for every one I have done I have cooked/bricked at least two.
