How do you reprogram the key for a 1996 Ford Fiesta?

1. Put key in ignition and turn to Point 1 (I) 2. Before 3 seconds have passed, remove the key. 3. You will notive that the red light next to your clock is flashing. 4. Aim the key at the sensor, next to the interior light (above your rear view mirror) KEEP 5. Press and hold the lock button, you will see the light on the key flash once 6. Press the unlock button 4 times (while still holding the lock button) 7. Release both buttons. If you wish to cancel sync turn key to point II in ignition (ONLY IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL!) 1.
