You can't. Only someone with one of those MB's computer hook ups can reset those lights. All the systems are run through the car's computers, which are controlled and interface with MB and their computers. Or, you can remove the light bulb if you know how to remove the instrument cluster. MB resets this light when you bring the car in for service. I have a 2002 sl500....and I had a leak in the hydraulic roof locking system which I didn't know about until I couldn't completely put the top down. The hydraulic pump shut itself down, preventing it from burning itself out. Well, I had to take the car back to MB and have it reset via their computer. That was the only way it could be done. I know MB and BMW have in the past couple of years created a computer interface system with their cars...you can no longer avoid the dealership with these late model cars As a matter of fact, BMW took it a step further...they diagnose you car via a satellite link to their factory in Germany, and you don't even have to go to the dealership....BIG BROTHER IS HERE.
