Why do bi-planes have 4 wings?

Biplanes may appear to have four wings, but one wing is generally refered to the full stretch from left to right. If you look at the top wing of a biplane, it is generally one ininterrupted stretch of (often) wood and fabric, just like a rear wing on an F1 car. A biplane has two of these full-length wings and as such has the 'bi-' prefix. A monoplane is a plane that has only one wing, as 99% of planes today have.

How do you change the rear signal light on a 91 Dodge Dynasty?

In the trunk on the side where the light is out, pull the carpet back, its not held in with anything, and you will see i believe its 2 wing-nuts... unscrew those and your lense to your light will come out... unplug the light and install the new one the same way. The wing-nut only needs to be hand tight, it wont come out or fall off. All I ever do is hand tighten it.
