All BMW's (U.S. spec)have a limited top speed of 250 kph (155 mph), only exceptions are v8 M3 limited to 161mph and Alpina's. Alpina (a company like Saleen/roush is for fords) sells the B7 a modified 750i no limiter will go 189mph, but still has a warranty and is serviced at BMW dealers.
