NONE at all.... Two bolts up top, One bolt/nut on the bottom. Pull shock, remove top seat. Install top seat on new shock, and install shock on car.... (that is of course, after you remove the rear wheel [if you want]. On a stock suspension, this can be done, using a floor jack, without removing the wheel.)
