Just slide it forward as far as you can without forcing it. Then, tilt the back out, and slide it back and the whole pice will come away from the fender. Super easy.

First remove the xplener from the docle double ring mount. After that take the right o ring conducive off, and then replace with the right mount nut bracket. And vice versa ....thats all there is to it.
