it sounds like you need a master cylinder from the dealer make sure your wheel-lock isn't putting pressure on the ignition

My 2002 GMC Envoy won't start,no lights come on when trying to jump start the battery. And my key won't remove from the ignition. What's should i do?

I removed my ignition switch with a screwdriver and a power drill. I warn you it damaged the whole system though. I have to start it with a screwdriver now.
