If the injector pipe on your Peugeot van keeps snapping, it could be due to excessive vibration, improper installation, or corrosion. Inspect the mounting points and ensure that the pipes are securely fastened and not in contact with any moving parts. Additionally, check for any signs of wear or damage that could lead to stress on the pipes. Consulting a qualified mechanic can help diagnose the underlying issue and prevent future breakage.
How do you remove a injector from a peugeot 206 diesel 1.4, I'm awful trouble getting off the rocket cover as its all connected to the inlet manifold blocking me from getting off the injector, I've disconnected the steel pipe and the two nuts at the back along with the 6 or so ones on the cover itself, But it still seems rock solid towards the back, It looks like its pressed into the manifold but it doesnt seem to free in the slightest when i try to pull it up!
A Big Hammmer or angle grinder
No, not a good idea. Best to get a replacement.
It is possible to replace by lowering tank and warming pipe in hot water.

it is at the front of the engine just right of the exhaust down pipe
There is a high pressure fuel line under the throttle body that carries fuel to the cold start injector. There is a black pipe that feeds idle air to the same spot to insure the cold start injector gets a good mixture.
It keeps you legal and directs the exhaust fumes to the rear of the vehicle.
If it is capped tight, it is no longer in use and that keeps rain and birds out of the pipe. If it has a cap that is above the pipe like an umbrella, it is for the same reason and to let fumes or exhaust out.
Try wrapping the pipe in tin foil as this keeps the heat in. If not, try cutting styrofoam into the shape of the pipe and attaching it to it, keeping it together with electrical tape.
these are leak-off pipes, for excess diesel to lube the rest of injector and return to the tank.
