You have to have the code. Check with dealer for that. You'll need the serial number to give them. It is generally a 4 number code. You use the "1" button on the radio to change the first number and "2" for the next number and so on and so forth. Once you have finished entering the code hold down the "skip >" button on the right of the radio for two seconds. There will be a beep and it will go back to the radio.
