I have had the exact same problem with my 1990 wrangler, I found out that unless the handel that allows you to open and shut the rear window is not in the exact closed position and the window is closed tight in place, the wiper will not work but the washer will. Just for fun once I realized this I tried to turn the rear wiper on with the window open and it did not work until I shut it. Hope it works for you.
If a washer pump was replaced on a Jeep Wrangler and is still not working the fuses should be checked. The washer switch should also be checked as it could also be causing the pump not to work.
check the connector under the dash on the drivers side. leave the windshield washers on and see if it fixes the problem. its a big connector maybe 20 wires.
It mite not be a fuse have you checked the vacume hoses that come from intake manifold this can cause the fan not to blow.
Something in the speedo circuit has possibly failed and the computer set a code for it.. Have it checked for codes.
Check that the wire on the rear defroster is connected to the defroster. If broken off repair it.
If a 1999 Jeep Wrangler dash gauge stops working, check the fuse. The fuse may have blown out and will need replaced.
A loose wire can cause a radio to stop working in a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. A blown fuse is another cause and can be fixed by replacing it.
People have always told me that it is for the rear defogger. You just have to make sure it is working....
Assuming that you have checked the fuses, look for a loose connection in the wiring harness. I believe that there is a connector in the trunk area that may have come loose.
Possible causes could be, fuse, relay, sensor, blower motor or electrical connector.
GM Bellhousing... working on the rest.
Replace fan switch.
