Grasp one with a pliers and rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise (to 3 and 9 o'clock). Push the old ornament upwards through the hood. Twist the tabs on the new ornament to 3 and 9 o'clock, place through the hole in the hood and turn the tabs back to 6 and 12 o'clock.
