If your low beams are not working on your 1994 Jeep Cherokee while the high beams function properly, the issue may be due to a blown fuse, a faulty headlight switch, or a problem with the wiring or connections. First, check the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the headlights and replace them if necessary. If the fuses are fine, inspect the headlight switch and wiring for any damage or corrosion. If the problem persists, consider replacing the bulbs, as they may have burned out.
Inside the trans pan.
Defective light switch.
coz you shud of gone to specsavers
pull the turn signal lever toward you.
If your high beams still work it is the dimmer switch.
Failed fan motor.
Pull the turn signal switch towards the steering wheel to activate high beams.
The crank sensor is an important part of the engine wiring. Without it the engine does not know when to fire. There is no way to by pass it.
if your dims work, but brights don't then it's probably your high beam switch.
The turn signal switch is classified as a multifunction switch. So if the high beams are working the low beam side of this switch could be bad. Check to see if there is a separate fuse for low beams, check for power at the wire connection at the low beam bulb. If there isn't any power and no fuse then the multifunction switch is probably bad.
I have a 99 Grand Cherokee and the driving lights are turned on by pulling on the button located at the top of the head light switch on the left side of the column, Note that the driving lights will only work with the low beams and will turn off when you switch to high beams. If you search the net you can find a way to have the driving lights and high beams on at the same time, this usually involves modifying a relay under the hood.
check all ur fuses in engine compartment. also check the ones in the passenger side right wall. its a little plastic panel that pops off.
