disconnect the battery with the lights on and then press the horn for 5 seconds. This will erase the codes in the chip. Then reconnect the battery and the service light should be off.

there are 2 horns a high pitch and a low pitch, they are located behind the front grill. remove the grill and look behind the rubber flaps next to the head lights. should only be one 13mm nut on each horn.
highly unlikley that they will pack up at the same time, check the fuses, also failing that check your earth connections
