There is 2 fuse boxes one is next to driver side car battery but the ABS fuse you are looking for is in the fuse box inside the cab. You have to pop little plastic piece out from the dash its located right about your emegancy brake pedal. Pop that out and there will be your 2nd fuse box with ABS fuse.
That Could be 1 of 2 things, ABS module or ABS wheel sensor. If it comes on when you start moving, it is most likely the ABS wheel sensor. If it does it all the time, most likely ABS module.

You probably have a short in your abs system which has blown your fuse try pulling the fuse. This happened in my 2000 sunfire and I pulled the fuse and all the gauges work now.
