The front tow bar on a Fiat Punto is typically located beneath the front bumper, attached to the vehicle's chassis. It is positioned centrally to allow for easy towing and is designed to be a sturdy point for connecting towing equipment. Depending on the model year, the exact placement and visibility might vary, so it's advisable to consult the owner's manual for specific details.

According to the manual for mine, it's 2 bar for the front wheels and 1.8 bar for the back. That is with a medium load and cold tyres. Should be 2.2 bar all round with a full load and you should add +0.3 bar when tyres are warm.
